Francois, you have been absolutely outstanding.  Your whole manner of meeting us right from the start, throughout and at the end of the repair works has been nothing but incredible.  You organised a team of workers to carry out so many different repairs, thus taking the pressure and stress off of Andrew and myself trying to get individual builders in.  So much appreciated, I have a job to put it into words.  You organised painting and decorating, plumbers and carpenters, electricians and flooring specialist , organising replacements for damaged kitchen cupboards.  The property was cleaned at the end to a very high standard meaning we will be moving back to a very clean, lovely looking home thanks to you.  Words are not enough to say but Andrew and myself are deeply grateful and extremely happy with everything you have done and please convey this to all your wonderful team.  You have made our move back something to look forward to and that is wonderful.   (Susan)
